June 2005, we opened the doors at Fleurs de Lisa, and we haven’t looked back! We knew we had a winning formula from the start, with Lisa’s talent as a florist and customer service that is second to none.

We have firmly established ourselves not only as Hull and Beverley’s only real leading florist, but a leading florist in the UK. In January 2007 we were awarded the coveted “UK Flower Shop of the Year“ award.

We were up against over 500 other florists all over the UK and were the only florist in the whole of Yorkshire and beyond to get to the final stage (Platinum award).

We have changed the way floristry is done in the area and firmly believe that the only way forward is to keep pushing the design envelope, not only by using tried and tested methods of floristry (though we do that very well!) but also to come up with unique and inspiring ways to display flowers that will always provide the ultimate wow factor in only a way that Fleurs de Lisa can.

We love to please people and our talented friendly staff, love nothing more than to see a happy customer!

In three years we have achieved so much from appearing in a double spread in The Journal, designing flowers for “Wedding Flowers magazine”, demonstrating on BBC daytime television and winning “UK Flower shop of the Year”.

How did we achieve all this? Simple, we love flowers, and people, it’s our passion.
